KATHMANDU: A high fashion week needs haute cuisine to complement it, and the hospitality partner of TGIF-NFW 2010 Soaltee Crowne Plaza are ready to provide anything but the very best to the guests who turn up for invitees only event.
The scrumptious and detectable finger food are prepared by Sous Chef Yuvraj Pokhare. “As it is going to be a cocktail event, we are planning food that will not only complement every drink chosen by the guests, but also is a memorable culinary journey,” said Chef Pokharel.
They have both cold and hot finger food sections. Cuisines ranging from the Oriental to Continental to European to Indian will be explored through various snacks served at the event.
There will be canapés with blue cheese, artichoke and many more fillings. Zucchini parcel, Tofu dumpling with lemon grass, grilled lamb with Indian spices, chicken satay and variety of finger sandwiches among many others, which will tantalise everyone’s taste bud.
